Thank you exclusive mobile detail for macking my car look new agin it didnt look this good when i got it iam going to tell all my friends and family to use you.

I am writing to advise of the experience I had with Exclusive Mobile Detailing. They came to residence as promised and performed the service. The stated they would not use my water; however, when they arrived, they failed to fill their own tank with water and used mine. They washed two vehicles and failed to clean the door jams on both as advertised on the package purchased. Some areas on the vehicles where still dirty. I did do a walk around and did not notice these problem areas. After they left and vehicles dried I notice the areas of concerns. I e-mail my feed back to Exclusive Mobile Detailing. I received a call back promptly; however, I was unavailable at the time. I called back an hour later and discussed the situation with an employee of the company. They asked what they could do to correct the situation and I ask if they could come back to clean the areas of concern. They stated they would call me back and never did. The lack of follow up was rude, unprofessional, and shows a lack of customer focus. The failure of Exclusive Mobile Detailing to follow thru demonstrates their lack of commitment to their customers. I will not recommend them or use them again.

I found the quality of work from Exclusive Mobile Detailing not only of very high standards, I also found the profesionalism refreshing. My 3 year-old car was like brand new--inside and out! Thank you!
